Also includes correspondence re incorporation; financial statements; invitation list, 18 June 1896, of persons who would attend the stockholders meeting; letter, 25 July 1901, Beech Island, S.C., from Harry Hammnond to Henry [C. Hammond], explaining why he did not think the property should be sold; and minute book of meetings, 7, 14, and 21 June 1896.
